The Tribe Code is a list of different rules that should be followed by all Tribe cats. It is taught from the first means of kithood to when an Wisdom Keper is faced with death. It is said that, as long as the Tribes follow the Tribe Code, no harm shall come to them.

History
The Tribe Code was developed over seasons and seasons of generations. Most think that it was created when the eight, original Chief's and Lieutenant's created them, but actually, they didn't. At first, the Tribe's didn't have a code at all.
Code
1. Defend your Tribe, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Tribe’s territory.
3. Wisdom Keepers, Matriarch’s, and kits must be feed before Trainee’s, Knights and Hunters. Unless they have permission, Trainee’s may not eat until they have hunted to feed the Wisdom Keepers. If any Knight, Hunter or Trainee is sick or injured, they may eat while the Wisdom Keepers, Matriarch’s, and kits are eating.
4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to The Tribe of Endless Life for its life.
5. A kit must be a least five moons old to become a Trainee.
6. The lieutenant will become Chief when the Chief dies, retires or is exiled.
7. After the death or retirement of the lieutenant, the new lieutenant must be chosen before the next full moon.
8. A Gathering of all four Tribes is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among the Tribe’s at this time.
9. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
10. No Knight or Hunter may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if the kit is from a different Tribe.
11. The word of the Chief is the Tribe Code.
12. An honorable Knight does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the Tribe Code or it is necessary for self-defense.
13. Master Healers may have a mate and kits, but must not be distracted from their duties as a Master Healer and must still train their Trainee in the ways of the Healer’s.
14. Cats on their way to the _ are allowed to cross other Tribe’s territories to get to their destination – it is above Ice Tribe’s territory, towards the peak of the mountain.
15. Cats may travel on another Tribe’s territory if they have something to report or if they need help.
16. Kits must stay in camp until they become a Trainee and are not allowed to hunt.
17. The safety of the Tribe is more important than the safety of one cat.
18. Tribe’s must not unite together to drive out another Tribe.
19. Tribe’s must not force another Tribe to share it’s territory.
20. Enemy patrol’s must not attack cats if they are returning from a mission all four Tribe’s agreed on.
PUNISHMENTS
The Tribe's Chief may choose to punish cats who broke the Tribe Code. These include scolding, giving a Knight/Hunter Trainee duties, or giving an Trainee an unpleasant task. In severe cases, the cat may be exiled from the Tribe.
The tribe code is based off the Warrior Code from the Warriors Series.
